Alan Rosenberg Authors Article on Bitcoins and Fraudulent-Transfer Litigation for the American Bankruptcy Institute

MIAMI, FLJanuary 21, 2018¬†– Alan R. Rosenberg, member of the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Group, authored “The Cryptocurrency Craze – How to Treat Bitcoins in Fraudulent-Transfer Litigation.” ¬†Rosenberg’s article was published in the February 2018 edition of the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal and can also be found here.
