Alan Rosenberg Elected to Board of Directors for Bankruptcy Bar Association

Miami, FL May 21, 2018 – The law firm of Markowitz Ringel Trusty + Hartog is pleased to announce that Bankruptcy attorney Alan R. Rosenberg has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida. Rosenberg will serve a three-year term as a Director-at-Large.

Rosenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims. In 2017, he was selected as a Florida Super Lawyer, Rising Star. Rosenberg is a member of the Bankruptcy Litigation Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Bankruptcy Litigation Committee; the Dade County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Committee; the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar’s Digital Currency Taskforce and the Chapman Partnership. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Alan received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami and a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Florida.

The Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida (BBASDFL) is the largest voluntary association of bankruptcy professionals in the Southern District of Florida. With hundreds of members, BBASDFL organizes events to assist lawyers and judges in their work, and sponsors initiatives to improve the bankruptcy system for the public.
