Alan Rosenberg Quoted in Daily Business Review Regarding Bitcoin

MIAMI, FLJanuary 21, 2019 – Alan R. Rosenberg, member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, was recently quoted in the January 9, 2019, edition of the Daily Business Review in an article entitled “8 Florida Cases to Watch in 2019,” written by Raychel Lean and includes discussion of the Kleinman v. Wright case involving an $11.4 billion bitcoin trial.

A focus of Rosenberg’s practice is cryptocurrency and its impact on various areas of the law.  To that end, Rosenberg has published several articles and spoken on the topic.  In addition, Rosenberg represents Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustees, as well as creditors, debtors and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.  He also represents individual and corporate clients in commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.
