MIAMI, FL – August 24, 2016 – Shareholder Candis Trusty served as a member of the faculty at the “Breakfast with the Probate Experts,” where she spoke on various probate topics including homestead, intestate succession, and determination of beneficiaries. The seminar was held by the Dade County Bar Association, Probate & Guardianship Committee, Young Lawyers Section, and Dade Legal Aid/Put Something Back.
Trusty is a member of the firm’s Probate + Guardianship practice group and she concentrates her practice in the areas of elder care, probate, and guardianship law. She is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, is a Florida Super Lawyer, and is a South Florida Legal Guide Top Lawyer.
