Lian de la Riva Elected to Executive Board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Hispanic National Bar Association

MIAMI, FLSeptember 23, 2019 – Attorney Lian de la Riva, a member of the Trusts + Estates and Probate + Guardianship practice groups, has been elected to Executive Board for the Young Lawyers Division of the Hispanic National Bar Association where she will serve as Secretary.  The Hispanic National Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (HNBA-YLD) encourages young lawyers to work together on projects for their community and for their profession, and to address the needs and interests of newly admitted attorneys. The HNBA-YLD is committed to representing the newest members of the profession effectively, ensuring that it reflects the society it serves, and providing young lawyers with the tools and opportunities for success. 

De la Riva is a member of the firm’s Probate & Guardianship group and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and guardianship law. She is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and a Founding Board Member of their Young Lawyers Division (Region VIII). In 2017, de la Riva was named a Fellow of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers Section, Elder Law Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
