Grace Robson is an expert in bankruptcy law. She is a Board-Certified Bankruptcy attorney with over 17 years of experience representing corporate debtors, trade and institutional creditors, trustees, receivers, and creditors’ committees. She focuses her practice on corporate reorganization and bankruptcy, debtor-creditor relations and litigation. Grace has been involved in all facets of reorganization-related representations, including pre-filing consultation, filing complex corporate bankruptcy cases, post-bankruptcy financing, and asset purchase agreements.

  • Representation of a not for profit organization that provided free and confidential telephone counseling, crisis intervention, suicide prevention and information and referral services in connection with sale of assets as part of state court assignment for the benefit of creditors
  • Counsel to chapter 11 debtors consisting of real estate holding company, skilled nursing facility and hospital – assets sold during case.
  • Counsel to the bankruptcy trustee of Banah International Group, Inc., a wholesaler of various sugar products, and assisted in the section 363 sale of over 2,000 metric tons of sugar.
  • Counsel to the chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee of a 90-unit residential apartment building and assisted the trustee obtain confirmation of a chapter 11 plan
  • Counsel to the chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee of a 52-unit residential apartment building; assisted the trustee with a sale of the apartment building and confirmation of a chapter 11 plan
  • Counsel to an attorney disciplinary board who successfully obtained a judgment of nondischargeability regarding fees and costs against a disbarred attorney
  • Counsel to chapter 11 debtor with restructuring of debt on real property through confirmed chapter 11 plan
  • Counsel to real estate developer to reach amicable settlements with lenders holding guarantees of business-loans totaling over $80 million
  • Counsel to regional landscaping company in connection with out of court workout with secured lender
