Lian de la Riva Authors Article on the Attorney-Client Privilege

MIAMI, FLAugust 7, 2018 – Attorney Lian de la Riva, a member of the Trusts + Estates and Probate + Guardianship practice groups, authored an article entitled “The Attorney-Client Privilege is Alive and Well, Hallelujah!” which appears in the Summer 2018 edition of ActionLine. ActionLine is a quarterly publication of The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and contains the latest news on Florida law of concern to the RPPTL Section and attorneys throughout the state.

De la Riva is a member of the firm’s Probate & Guardianship group and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and guardianship law. She is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and a Founding Board Member of their Young Lawyers Division (Region VIII). In 2017, de la Riva was named a Fellow of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers Section, Elder Law Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
