Rosenberg, member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, authored “The Cryptocurrency Conundrum – A Primer for Secured Lenders Entering the Cryptocurrency Space.” Rosenberg’s article appears in the September/October 2018 edition of the ABF Journal, which is a trade magazine for the Asset-Based Finance industry.
