Alan Rosenberg Comments on Valuing Cryptoassets

MIAMI, FLJanuary 29, 2020 – Alan R. Rosenberg, member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, was a commentator in the January 28, 2020, edition of Roll Call in an article entitled “Courts, Without Law for Guidance, Setting Value of Cryptoassets,” written by Steven Harras.

A focus of Rosenberg’s practice is cryptocurrency and its impact on various areas of the law.  To that end, Rosenberg has published several articles and spoken on the topic.  In addition, Rosenberg represents Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustees, as well as creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.  He also represents individual and corporate clients in commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.
