Rosenberg, member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, has recently been named as the Chair of the Networking Committee of NextGen for the Chapman Partnership. A focus of Rosenberg’s practice is cryptocurrency and its impact on various areas of the law. To that end, Rosenberg has published several articles and spoken on the topic. In addition, Rosenberg represents Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustees, as well as creditors, debtors and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims. He also represents individual and corporate clients in commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.
