Alan Rosenberg Named Chair of the nextgen Executive Counsel at Chapman Partnership

MIAMI, FLOctober 12, 2020Alan R. Rosenberg, a member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, has been named the Chair of the nextgen Executive Council at Chapman Partnership.

Chapman Partnership is the private sector partner of the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust, and manages two Homeless Assistance Centers located in Miami and Homestead. With fully equipped medical and dental clinics, family dorms, cafeterias, classrooms, Wi-Fi, day-care, basketball courts, and even a dog kennel, Chapman Partnership helps to provide all the resources needed for motivated residents to become self-sufficient.

Nextgen is Chapman Partnership’s young professionals’ group. Nextgen members network with community and business leaders at various social events, and engage in hands-on community outreach activities by volunteering for projects that further Chapman Partnership’s overall mission: to empower the homeless. “The support and resources provided by Chapman Partnership to the homeless have become even more important in the midst of a pandemic,” added Alan Rosenberg. “Without stable housing or employment, these vulnerable populations live in a constant state of crisis”.
 

Alan Rosenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.  In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Alan also represents individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.  In his free time, Alan enjoys learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has been published several times on the subject.
