Rosenberg, member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, attended the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Caribbean Insolvency Symposium in San Juan, Puerto Rico from February 3 through February 5, 2020. Alan spoke on a panel entitled “Bankruptcy Concerns, Both Present and Developing” and served as the moderator on a panel about “Cannabis Businesses and Cannabis-Related Income Streams in Chapter 11 Cases.”
