MIAMI, FL – February 11, 2020 – Alan R. Rosenberg, member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, attended the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Caribbean Insolvency Symposium in San Juan, Puerto Rico from February 3 through February 5, 2020. Alan spoke on a panel entitled “Bankruptcy Concerns, Both Present and Developing” and served as the moderator on a panel about “Cannabis Businesses and Cannabis-Related Income Streams in Chapter 11 Cases.”
A focus of Rosenberg’s practice is cryptocurrency and its impact on various areas of the law. To that end, Rosenberg has published several articles and spoken on the topic. In addition, Rosenberg represents Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustees, as well as creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.
