Alan Rosenberg Speaks on Cryptocurrency for American Bankruptcy Institute

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLSeptember 2, 2021 – Alan R. Rosenberg, a partner in the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, moderated a panel discussion entitled “Cryptocurrency: Valuation Issues and Market Volatility” for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s abiLIVE Webinar Series.  The webinar, which took place on September 1, 2021, included cryptocurrency industry experts and addressed the complexity of valuing cryptocurrency.  The panel provided its expert views on the cryptomarket’s volatility, both currently and going forward. The panel also offered its insights into the adoption of cryptocurrency in the U.S. and globally, and addressed regulatory changes in banking as they relate to cryptocurrencies.

Alan Rosenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.  In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Alan also represents individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.  In his free time, Alan enjoys learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has been published several times on the subject.
