Alan Rosenberg Speaks on Cryptocurrency for Federal Bar Association

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLJune 7, 2022 – Alan R. Rosenberg, a partner in the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, recently served as a panelist for a webinar entitled “Cryptocurrency Considerations for Counselors at Law” hosted by the Puerto Rico Chapter of the Federal Bar Association on June 29, 2022.  The webinar covered the latest developments in the crypto space, from “rugpulls” to regulation.  Alan and the other speakers offered insights about the current state of adoption and what should be top of mind for attorneys when they encounter cryptocurrency and related technologies.

Alan Rosenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.  In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Alan also represents individual and corporate clients in various commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.  In his free time, Alan enjoys learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has been published several times on the subject.
