Alan Rosenberg Speaks on Interaction between Bankruptcy and State Governments for American Bankruptcy Institute

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLMarch 10, 2022 – Alan R. Rosenberg, a partner in the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, served as a panelist for a webinar entitled “The Interests of State Governments in Commercial Bankruptcy Cases” where he discussed strategies for effectively working with State Attorney General Offices to resolve hot-button issues in commercial bankruptcy.  The webinar was hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute as part of its abiLIVE webinar series and was sponsored by the Commercial and Regulatory Law Committees.

Alan Rosenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.  In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Alan also represents individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.  In his free time, Alan enjoys learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has been published several times on the subject.
