Rosenberg, a partner in the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, served as a panelist for a program entitled “Florida: The Ultimate Subchapter V Experiment,” at the 2022 Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar, hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute in Tampa, Florida March 29 through 31, 2022. The program focused on subchapter V eligibility, privileges, and contested confirmation issues.

Alan Rosenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims. In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Alan also represents individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.
