FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – November 11, 2021 – Alan R. Rosenberg, a partner in the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, served as a panelist for a discussion entitled “Hot Topics in Subchapter V” for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s ABI Mid-Level Professional Development Program. The panel, which took place on November 9, 2021, comprised of bankruptcy practitioners, a subchapter V trustee, and a bankruptcy judge, explored the various “hot topics” in subchapter V cases, including challenging the subchapter V election, removing the debtor in possession, and the role and expansion of the subchapter V trustee’s powers. The panelists also provided helpful tips to ensure a successful subchapter V process.
