Rosenberg, a member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, moderated a panel discussion on the Small Business Reorganization Act concerning the role of the Subchapter V Trustee, costs of the Subchapter V Trustee, role after confirmation, and Subchapter V Debtor Attorney best practices at the 31st Annual Bankruptcy Skills Workshop. The program was jointly presented by the University of Miami School of Law, Dade Legal Aid/Put Something Back, and the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida.
