Alan Rosenberg Speaks on Small Business Reorganization Act at 31st Annual Bankruptcy Skills Workshop

MIAMI, FLJune 15, 2021 – Alan R. Rosenberg, a member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, moderated a panel discussion on the Small Business Reorganization Act concerning the role of the Subchapter V Trustee, costs of the Subchapter V Trustee, role after confirmation, and Subchapter V Debtor Attorney best practices at the 31st Annual Bankruptcy Skills Workshop. The program was jointly presented by the University of Miami School of Law, Dade Legal Aid/Put Something Back, and the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida

Alan Rosenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.  In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Alan also represents individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.  In his free time, Alan enjoys learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has been published several times on the subject.
