Candis Trusty Receives Richard Milstein Excellence Award from Dade Legal Aid Put Something Back

MIAMI, FL May 9, 2017 – Shareholder Candis Trusty received the Richard Milstein Excellence Award for her dedication and service to pro bono matters and clients.   Trusty was presented with this honor on Friday May 5, 2017, by Chief Judge Bertila Soto, 11th Judicial Circuit, and the Honorable Rodolfo A. Ruiz, Circuit Judge, at a luncheon hosted by Dade Legal Aid/Put Something Back.

Trusty is a member of the firm’s Probate + Guardianship practice group and she concentrates her practice in the areas of elder care, probate, and guardianship law.  In addition to The Best Lawyers in America, she is a Florida Super Lawyer and a South Florida Legal Guide Top Lawyer.  Trusty is the recipient of multiple pro bono service awards and is a recipient of the Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Pro Bono Service from the South Miami Kendall Bar Association.
