We are pleased to welcome Emily Brafman to the firm as a member of our Bankruptcy Practice Group. Emily earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review.
Before joining MRTH, Emily gained valuable experience with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, and the University of Miami School of Law’s Investor Rights Clinic. Her background includes legal research, securities regulation, financial disputes, and regulatory compliance.
