Joshua Rosenberg Speaks on Guardianship Ethics

MIAMI, FLApril 23, 2018 – Partner Joshua Rosenberg was a panelist at the “Journey Through the Florida Guardianship Galaxy” seminar held in Tampa, Florida on April 20, 2018.  Rosenberg spoke on the ethical dilemmas faced by practitioners in guardianship proceedings.  The program was hosted by the The Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, which serves the citizens of the State of Florida, the legal community, and its Section members with the highest levels of knowledge, experience and commitment to real property, probate and trust law.

Partner Joshua H. Rosenberg is a member of the firm’s Probate + Guardianship and Trusts + Estates practice groups where he represents clients in the administration and management of trusts, estates and guardianships, incapacity planning, probate litigation, will contests, voluntary and contested guardianships. He is a former Fellow of the Executive Counsel for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
