De la Riva is a member of the firm’s Probate & Guardianship group and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and guardianship law. She is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and a Founding Board Member of their Young Lawyers Division (Region VIII). In 2017, de la Riva was named a Fellow of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
