Ross Hartog Teaches Secured Transactions Course at Nova Southeastern College of Law

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLAugust 23, 2021 – Shareholder Ross R. Hartog, a member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, is teaching Secured Transactions for the Fall 2021 Semester at Nova Southeastern University’s Sheppard Broad College of Law.  Ross has served as an adjunct professor of law at Nova since 2008.

Recognized for more than 10 years by Best Lawyers® in Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, shareholder Hartog concentrates on the representation of trustees, creditors, creditors’ committees, and debtors in cases proceeding under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code as well as receivers and assignees for the benefit of creditors. He is a Chapter 7 and 11 Bankruptcy Trustee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Hartog is ranked in Chambers USA and has been named a Florida Super Lawyer and the Top 100 Miami Super Lawyers list, a Top Lawyer in the South Florida Legal Guide, and a Florida Trend Magazine Legal Elite. He was a finalist in the Lifestyle Media Group’s Leaders in Law 2015 Award in the bankruptcy law category.
