Ross Hartog and Alan Rosenberg Speak at National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees Annual Convention

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – June 13, 2022 – Shareholder Ross R. Hartog and partner Alan R. Rosenberg recently spoke at the 40th annual convention of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.  Ross spoke on the top forms every trustee should have in their library, and Alan spoke on cryptocurrency.

Alan Rosenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.  In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Alan also represents individual and corporate clients in various commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.  In his free time, Alan enjoys learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has been published several times on the subject.
