Ross Hartog and Alan Rosenberg Speak at National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees Annual Convention

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLJune 13, 2022 – Shareholder Ross R. Hartog and partner Alan R. Rosenberg recently spoke at the 40th annual convention of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.  Ross spoke on the top forms every trustee should have in their library, and Alan spoke on cryptocurrency.

Recognized for more than 10 years by Best Lawyers® in Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, shareholder Hartog concentrates on the representation of trustees, creditors, creditors’ committees, and debtors in cases proceeding under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code as well as receivers and assignees for the benefit of creditors. He is a Chapter 7 and 11 Bankruptcy Trustee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Hartog is ranked in Chambers USA and has been named a Florida Super Lawyer and the Top 100 Miami Super Lawyers list, a Top Lawyer in the South Florida Legal Guide, and a Florida Trend Magazine Legal Elite. He was a finalist in the Lifestyle Media Group’s Leaders in Law 2015 Award in the bankruptcy law category.

Alan Rosenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest, in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation, including, but not limited to, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets and the pursuit and defense of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.  In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Alan also represents individual and corporate clients in various commercial litigation claims and real estate transactions.  In his free time, Alan enjoys learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has been published several times on the subject.
