Ross Hartog Speaks on Director and Officer Liability Litigation

MIAMI, FLNovember 17, 2020Ross R. Hartog, shareholder, and member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group, served as a panelist for a program entitled “D&O Liability Litigation: Cutting-Edge Strategies & Insights“.  The program was hosted by the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida and addressed how counsel and fiduciaries approach director and officer liability claims from the investigation, prosecution, and defense perspectives – and how the coronavirus pandemic has impacted these claims

Ross Hartog is a resident in our Fort Lauderdale office.  Ross has focused his law practice on bankruptcy and insolvency since 1998. He represents parties in all aspects of the bankruptcy process including trustees, assignees for the benefit of creditors, receivers, creditors, debtors, committees, and purchasers of assets.  Ross is a member of the Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees for the Southern District of Florida where he is routinely appointed as a chapter 7 and chapter 11 trustee and serves as a receiver and assignee for the benefit of creditors.  Ross is also a member of the Fund (Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC).
