We are pleased to welcome Samantha Ramlogan to the firm as a member of our Bankruptcy Practice Group. Samantha focuses on representing bankruptcy trustees in all aspects of estate administration, regularly assisting with asset investigations, liquidation strategies, and litigation in complex bankruptcy cases.
Before joining MRTH, she served as in-house counsel for a multinational insurance company, where she developed strong experience in contract law, coverage analysis, and carrier defense — skills that further enhance her strategic approach to bankruptcy matters.
