Adrian Delancy Speaks on Fraudulent Transfer Litigation in Bankruptcy Matters

MIAMI, FL February 11, 2019 – Markowitz Ringel Trusty + Hartog partner Adrian Delancy served as a member of a panel entitled “Dissecting Fraudulent Transfers: Best Practices in Fraudulent Transfer Litigation in Bankruptcy.”  The program took place on February 7, 2019 and was hosted by the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.

Delancy is a member of the firm’s Restructuring + Insolvency practice group where he practices primarily in the area of bankruptcy litigation focusing on Chapter 11 workouts, reorganizations, liquidations and debtor and creditor rights litigation. He was named a Florida Super Lawyer in 2018.  Active in the community, Adrian is the former president of the board of directors of Miami Bridge Youth and Family Services, Inc., a volunteer position he held for several years.
