Grace Robson Speaks at 2021 Valuation, Forensic Accounting & Litigation Services Conference

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLJanuary 7, 2021 – Partner Grace Robson served as a panelist at the 2021 Valuation, Forensic Accounting & Litigation Services Conference hosted by the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants along with Melissa Davis, CPA, a partner at KapilaMukamal, LLP.  Grace’s program took place on January 7, 2021, was entitled “Distressed Valuation and Solvency Analysis,” and explored valuation issues related to bankruptcy proceedings and the roles that accountants and lawyers may play in a bankruptcy proceeding involving valuation issues with factors that CPAs may encounter when valuing assets in distressed situations.

Robson is an expert in bankruptcy law and a Board-Certified Bankruptcy attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing corporate debtors, trade and institutional creditors, trustees, receivers, and creditors’ committees. She focuses her practice on corporate reorganization and bankruptcy, debtor-creditor relations, and litigation. Robson is involved in all facets of reorganization-related representations and is active in many organizations as a leader, speaker, and writer including the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges, the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, among many others.
